Art-based Team building
Motivate your workforce with our art-based team building sessions!
Each event not only brings employees together, but is the advocate of employee health & wellness.
We had the pleasure of being part of both @mindcharity & @headsupharrow 's events adding an artistic touch to their 'usual' AGM networking interval!
We created an art-based experience that not only worked well with the existing event, but really resonated with both staff & brand values.
About each session
Hands-on Support
Each event, workshop or installation has a dedicated specialist available for guidance and support. Within the session, a member of the team will be helping and aiding guests offering support alongside advice in line with the session structure.
Happy employees
Our passion is to spark, excite and inspire employee wellness. Creative events are known to boost essential brain activity that helps employees stay motivated not only throughout the working day but also in their personal lives too.
Experience
All of our sessions are structured, timely and catered for. Meaning that employees just need to bring themselves along to get started! Utensils for the session are supplied by us and most importantly no prior art-related experience is needed.
No “I” in Team
We help the workplace collaborate, intertwine and navigate through the timeless self-expression that is art. Even though each employees’s contribution will be unique, we house an immersive experience, one that is interactive and most importantly collectively social.
Don’t just hear it from us
“I thoroughly enjoyed my De-stress & Express Doodle Art session. That evening instead of doing my usual meditation, I mindfully finished off my Doodle Art piece & found the effects just as beneficial as my meditation – after 20 minutes I felt relaxed, calm and refreshed. Wonderful!”
— Ciaran Ivanovic, Founder of Mindful Kids
“Truly brilliant working with WeTheSeeds Creative on the HeadsUp Young People’s Mental Health Conference, ‘ListenUp’. After a brief conversation about our conference, they came up with a great idea for an interactive installation art piece in line with the theme and structure of our conference! Support before and after the event was so helpful . It was such an innovative design that engaged participants and helped to bring people together to support young people’s mental health!”
— Rachel Deeds, Mind in Harrow
“When we started the class I was surprised to see myself open up to the concept of different design, it made my mind more positive and gave me a fulfilling experience. It gave a feeling of letting my inner thoughts flow through designs and patterns, and at the end of the session we had a beautiful picture drawn by myself with some stunning amalgamation of my thoughts. It makes me more focused towards my goals which seem achievable and positive.”
